Cassandra is a unique and diverse performer who hails from the United States where she trained and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance at one of the most reputable schools on the east coast, The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. In her professional career, Cassandra has had the opportunity to work with numerous reputable choreographers and perform their works in concert. She has also had the privilege of working for Twisted Element Dance Company, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Warner Brothers, The Wiggles, Gary Goddard Entertainment, and AGMA among others. Cassandra has a wide range of experience performing in corporate gigs, concert dance, commercial dance, and television. Cassandra specializes in dance, aerial trapeze, poi, and contemporary aerial silks. Her work is fresh and daring!

Burlesque

Cassandra AKA Casey Lynn is a Sydney based burlesque and circus performer. Originally from the USA, Casey has come onto the Australian scene with a bang. Her acts are sexy and fierce, quirky, and sometimes even a bit twisted. Combining strong athletic dance with elements of circus and racy burlesque, she is one not to be missed!
Casey came in to the Australian burlesque scene early 2013 and has since performed with Pink Pussycat Burlesque, Red Light Confidential, Mr. K’s Cabaret, the Voodoo Review, Venus Vamp’s Return of the Stripping Dead, Cabaret Sashimi, Steamengine IX, and Press B Production’s Bond Girls are Forever in Sydney. Casey has also traveled interstate for the Melbourne Tattoo Convention and will soon be performing at the Adelaide Tattoo Convention, Dolores Daquiri’s Cherry Poppers Burlesk, B B le Buff’s CaBBaret, Dr. Sketchy’s Adelaide, and Pop-Up Events’ New Years Eve masquerade and ball.

Dancer

Cassandra is an extremely diverse dancer and has trained extensively in contemporary, commercial and traditional jazz, ballet, tap, and hip hop. Her contemporary dance specialties include Graham, Horton, release technique, improvisation, contact improvisation, partnering, and choreography. Cassandra is also trained in African, Samba, Burlesque, and Bollywood and is always up for taking on a new challenge!

From sassy and sexy to lyrical to theatrics, there is no limit on the variety of Cassandra’s trapeze acts. Combining extreme flexibility with her background in dance, Cassandra’s acts are nothing short of compelling.
